Located in the Datong New City’s cultural plaza, this new art museum will stand out due to its overlapping peaks wrapped in Corten steel. It is one of the most anticipated architectural releases in a while. It will be finally completed this year by Foster + Partners.

The Grand Egyptian Museum, Giza, Egypt

The Grand Egyptian Museum will be located at the edge of the first desert plateau between the pyramids and Cairo. It was designed by the architectural firm, Heneghan Peng and one of the most noteworthy highlights of the museum is its veil of translucent stone. In the museum, visitors will also be able to see the Tutankhamen collection in its entirety, in other words, more than 5,000 artifacts will be on display.
